How It Works
We are out in the field each day, so if you call to discuss your needs, we can typically review your project the same day or within 24 hours. We make every effort to prioritize our clients and provide timely, responsive service.
Get an Estimate
We typically begin with an in-person walkthrough to understand your needs and review options for your project. For certain junk hauling jobs, we can get started if you text photos of the items you’d like removed.
Secure a Spot
Once we’ve clearly established the full scope of your project needs, we’ll coordinate a schedule that works for everyone involved. We’ll confirm start and end times, and for moving projects, provide a contract outlining all details.
Pack Your Belongings
For junk removal, it’s helpful to clearly separate the items to be hauled from anything you plan to keep. Bagging smaller items can also make the process quicker and more efficient.
For moving projects, having loose items packed into boxes ahead of time is ideal, though we can plan for additional packing support during the move management phase if needed.
